Little did I know that I was about to embark on what was to become a bit of a painful journey. Who knew we were going to have to walk on miles of tarmac or get eaten alive by midges or get bad advice about the weather? Little did I know that I was going to see beautiful stark heather moors, moss carpeted forest and thistle of all shapes and hues.
The Great Glen Way, a wee walk in Scotland.

Well don't you look all "Pippi Longstocking" in your cute little braids. That's how I wore my hair when we went walking in France!
Aw shucks! I dressed up as Pippi one halloween, it was fun! But braids are sure easy when you're walking aren't they? Do you have any digital photos of your trip?
