The Job Interview

is a very scary thing. I would rather write cover letters. Well...not really but you know what I mean, right?

Okay, so I said I would update you so here it goes, but very quickly.

Vancouver Island Regional Library had responded to my CV with an interview request. It is a management position, not really what I am ready for, but it is very Library 2.0, so right up my alley.

I have a 1 1/2 to 2 hour telephone interview this coming week. I have to send them a portfolio of any web design work (mostly from LIS assignments) and do a 15 minute presentation for the interview.

So, you now know how I have spent my weekend and what I am doing right now, well,up to a few minutes ago that is.

However I do have to get back to my reading, as I am trying to prepare the presentation. What a lot of work!

I am a little bit nervous too :(
